I stayed here for around five months and had a really positive experience overall. The location was one of the biggest advantages for me, as it is right in the city centre and was also really convenient for getting to the hospital where I was working.

The studio came fully furnished, which made moving in really easy, and it had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were always friendly, approachable and accommodating, and whenever I needed anything they were helpful and easy to deal with.

One of my favourite things about the building was the gym. It was really well equipped with all the essential equipment, was clean and easily accessible, and was a great added benefit of living there. There was also a cinema room and a bar/common area, which I didn't personally use very often but it was nice to have those facilities available.

The building itself offered a good balance of privacy and amenities, while still feeling convenient and well located. Being able to walk into the city centre and have shops, restaurants and other amenities close by was incredibly convenient.

Overall, I really enjoyed my time at The Studios and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for furnished accommodation in Wolverhampton, particularly if you work locally and want somewhere modern, convenient and with good facilities.

Living at The Studios for nearly two years has been a genuinely great experience. The building is secure, clean, and well maintained, and the modern setup makes everyday living comfortable. The location is one of its biggest strengths, quiet enough to feel peaceful, yet close to the city centre, transport links, and daily essentials. The management team has always been supportive and responsive, ensuring any issues were handled quickly and professionally.

*Six months stay review*

The most convenient stay in Wolverhampton! It's like a hotel!

Room:
Small room with quality furniture. My room had a long desk and big wardrobe. The windows don't open much due to safety reasons. Comfortably warm in winter but too warm in summer. Plenty of storage. Plates and cutleries provided.
No power outlet in the bathroom though!

Kitchen:
Shared among six residents. I found the kitchen to be empty most of the time.
Deep cleaned every two weeks. Two ovens, two chimneys, two sinks, and many storage cabinets. One dining table with four chairs.

Housekeeping:
The rooms and bathrooms are lightly cleaned every two weeks. The schedule is displayed on notice boards at each floor. I got accustomed to the crisp, white bed linens and squeaky clean bathrooms.

Staff:
Very professional and transparent. They keep their words and maintain integrity. Twice I had forgotten my access keycard in my room, and the staff at reception escorted me to my room. Couldn't hope for anything better.

Wi-Fi:
At the start of my stay, internet speeds were below average, and insufferably slow at times. But recently they upgraded their service provider, and then Wi-Fi was noticeably better and stable.

Laundry:
Washing machines and dryers are in the ground floor, common for residents. It is not included in your rent. It will be pay per use, and the prices are reasonable.

Mails and couriers:
Package/courier received at reception. It is a huge advantage and an underrated feature.

Lounge:
Lively in the evenings, and calm in the day. Great space for office work and hangout with friends. There's a bar, a pool table, a foosball table, table tennis, board games, books, outdoor seating.

Gym:
Good enough for an average person. Missing some heavy equipments. Kept clean and ventilated.

Exit procedure:
You have to mail a month before you plan to leave. On your leaving day, the maintenance staff will inspect your room- all drawers and cabinets opened; items counted; mattress inspected. Deposit will be returned in five working days. They will retain your mails for 30 days or return to sender, your choice.

A great place to live, comfortable rooms, security 24/7, great location and the common areas are always kept clean. I lived there for a year and a half and I have zero complaints. I had an excellent stay at the Studios on 24 Birch Street from January to October. The facilities were always clean, modern, and well-maintained. Felt 100% safe and secure during my stay at the studios (1.2 years). The team were friendly and supportive, the newsletter and facilities were great and I met some wonderful friends there. It was serviced, heating included and my room cleaned every 2-weeks which was great. As a gym goer, I appreciated the free gym facility - often walking past other people in the bar having a pint. This is a good place to live for anyone needing all-inclusive accommodation in Wolverhampton.
The staff are pleasant and helpful  and the restaurant/bar is lovely and affordable.
And the accommodation itself for a 1 off payment per month is good value for money.

We can not recommend The Studios enough!
Laura couldn't help me and my wife enough,from the time we first called about the accommodation,straight through to when we left.
Everyone of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
We met quite a few of the residents,who all made us welcome in the bar,which had great prices for their excellent food and drink.
We enjoyed ourselves that much,our 2 months here ,just flew by!!

A great place to live in a strategic location in Wolverhampton. The staff is great, empathetic and worried about the well-being of all the tenants. All bills included which is something that saves a lot of time and effort. The Studios is a pleasant building with good facilities in a convenient location. Fantastic place to live! It's a few minutes walk away from super markets, a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff really go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and happiness.

The cinema there is simply incredible, and the food is delicious at a very affordable price! I enjoyed playing pool with my mates there too. Additionally, just crossing the road is both a leisure centre and also West Park where you can feed the ducks and see the swans.

It really is a great place to live - city centre location and clean, beautiful rooms with great views. There is no hassle - all bills included and the staff are very friendly and accommodating with any issues. Highly recommended.
