At our advertised rental rates, the minimum stay is 4 months. Shorter terms stays are available at alternative rates. There is no maximum length of stay - provided a full 4 weeks’ notice is given by all residents.

 

We have a ‘one bill’ monthly charge where everything is included in your rent such as gas, electric, water and council tax. We provide residents with a free Wi-Fi connection. TheStudios operates as serviced accommodation, which means every 2 weeks your studio will be cleaned along with a change of bedlinen.

We have on-site facilities which include our licensed lounge, restaurant & bar, our exclusive resident’s gym, our cinema room, a secure post room, an outside terrace, lockable bike shed, and smoking area. Our laundry room provides app-controlled washers and driers at a small fee.

TheStudios are located in Wolverhampton at 24 Birch Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4JA.

Once you have viewed TheStudios and you're happy to proceed, an initial holding fee of £150 is required- payable by bank transfer or debit/credit card. This enables us to undertake referencing and processing of your application which takes approximately 5 days. Once both parties are satisfied you can then take up residency with us within 2 weeks on completion of all registration documentation. The additional £550 of the £700 deposit would be required to be paid when moving into TheStudios, along with your first months rent. The deposit is refundable upon vacating your studio as long as there are no rental arrears or any damage to the furnishings.

You can check between Monday and Friday between 9am-5pm, unless agreed otherwise. Once all the correspondence is in place, our lettings team will arrange a date and time for your arrival.

Our studios are fully furnished with the following:

  • Bed
  • Beside table, chest of drawers, desk, chair and wardrobe. 
  • Safe
  • Ensuite
  • Kitchenette including microwave, kettle, cutlery and fridge/freezer. 

After the initial £150 holding fee has been paid to reserve a studio, we would require the following documents to conduct an affordability check:

• 2 forms of photo ID
• Your guarantor’s contact and employment details and photo ID
• The past 3 month’s payslips
• The past 3 month’s bank statements
• Your current contract/proof of employment
• Reference from a previous landlord and/or employer
• Visa/ settlement status (if applicable)

Our concierge is present on-site from 6pm to 6am daily, and 24 hours during the weekend. However, there is always a member of staff on site. Communal areas and external areas of the building are monitored by CCTV to ensure the safety and security of our residents.

All utility bills are included in the monthly rent advertised. This includes gas, electricity, council tax and water. We offer a FREE Wi-Fi for all residents.

There is no maximum length of stay, however, our minimum term contract is 4 months.

We always have a member of staff on site who will be able to let you back into your studio, should you forget your key card. However, if you lose your key card, we will be able to issue you a replacement for £10.

Our minimum term tenancy is 4 months. After this period, your contract will automatically switch to rolling, meaning that you are able to occupy your studio until you hand in your notice. We require a 4 week notice period to vacate your studio.

No children are allowed to live at TheStudios, nor can children go above the ground floor under any circumstances. Children are strictly allowed within the ground floor communal areas between the hours of 6am - 9pm, however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

Access to the building and your studio is through a secure key card system. We have admin staff present 6:00am to 6:00pm and concierge present in the building from 6.00pm to 6.00am every evening - 7 days a weeks, 365 days a year! Communal areas and the external of the building are monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of residents.

TheStudios has a great, diverse mix of people who are in varied types of employment.

Your rent is paid monthly through direct debit; called for on the 1st of each month. This is set up with us upon moving in to TheStudios.

Yes. Many of our residents have their rents paid by their companies. In order to do this, your company must complete the necessary documents and authorise your residency with us.

We can offer parking for an additional £70 per month.

As stated in your license agreement, we require 4 weeks notice to vacate your studio.

We request the following documents during the application process, to conduct an affordability check:

  • 2 forms of photo ID
  • Your guarantor’s contact and employment details and photo ID
  • The past 3 month’s payslips
  • The past 3 month’s bank statements
  • Your current contract/proof of employment
  • Reference from a previous landlord and/or employer

These documents can be sent across electronically.

We will also send out an application form, guarantor form and license agreement to be filled out and signed by the tenant.

There are no hidden charges or fees. However, a TV License is not included within the rent and parking is an additional monthly cost of £70. We provide laundry facilities on site which are £3.10 per use for a washing machine and £2.00 per use for a tumble dryer.

Our studios are fully furnished including a bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and beside table. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/ freezer, cutlery, kettle, sink and microwave and the ensuites include toilet, sink, and walk in shower.

When renting a studio flat with us, all the bills are included in your monthly rent including council tax and utility bills.

Yes, we have a bicycle storage shed and a motorbike unit. All bicycles can be stored our bike shed.

Parking is not included in the monthly rent. However, we can issue you a car parking pass for an additional £70 per month.

During the day, you can find a member of staff onsite to assist with any queries or potential needs you may have.

We have a member of staff on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our concierge is present every night from 6pm until 6am, and 24 hours during the weekend – from 6pm on Friday night to 6am on Monday morning.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets within the rooms at TheStudios.
