TheStudios was built with the vision of creating a diverse community of professionals, with a lively social hub at the heart of the building, complete with a lounge, pool tables, a great selection of drinks and quality food. Whether they choose a Deluxe Studio or another style, everyone enjoys the same high-quality amenities and inclusive community.
Our luxury big-screen cinema room and state-of-the-art gym have only helped strengthen our reputation for providing an all-inclusive living experience unlike any other.
Our prestigious studio apartments break the mould of renting, not only with affordable prices but also by being all-inclusive of utility bills, council tax, Wi-Fi and regular housekeeping. We’ve always believed in being transparent with our residents and how we operate, ensuring that everybody who chooses to join our growing community feels safe and secure both physically and financially.

We provide onsite security, including CCTV and high-tech RFID swipe access to the entire building, as well as to individual floors. Our Communal
Kitchens
At TheStudios, our entire luxury living experience is built around creating a community and atmosphere of togetherness. In that spirit, our communal kitchen spaces have been designed as the ideal place to meet neighbours, make new friends and cook great food.
Situated as the centre point of each six-apartment hub, each tastefully decorated kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec ovens and hobs, ready to meet all your daily cooking needs, from a quick slice of toast to a full evening banquet. With such great facilities at your fingertips, you might just surprise yourself with the meals you create.
There is a communal kitchen situated in each hub of six apartments.
Each communal kitchen features two state-of-the-art ovens and hobs.
Access to the communal kitchen is available 24 hours a day.
A microwave, kettle and toaster are provided.
Personal electrical appliances such as rice cookers, air fryers etc, can be used within the communal kitchen.
You will share a kitchen with a maximum of five other residents.
All cooking must take place in the kitchen, rather than in the kitchenette within your studio.
Plenty of storage space within cupboards is available.
Utensils and cooking equipment are to be provided by residents.
A table and chairs are located in every communal kitchen, should you wish to eat in the kitchen and socialise with your neighbours.
