5 Reasons to Rent a Studio Apartment in Wolverhampton

Finding a nice place to live is perhaps not as easy as it should be, particularly in a dynamic, bustling city centre like Wolverhampton. Quite aside from even finding available space in the first place, there’s also all the hassle that comes with finding a good location, considering the costs and wading through the paperwork – and this is often before you’ve even set foot in the place! But there is another way…

Here at 24 Birch Street, just inside the ring road in the northwest of the city centre, we’ve created TheStudios, a 12-storey haven of co-living luxury. As the first example of co-living in Wolverhampton – and indeed the Midlands as a whole – we’ve been delighted to see our dreams come to fruition and we now boast over 200 residents from all walks of life and career paths, including healthcare, education, construction, technology and human resources, among others.

But if you’re thinking about leaping to a co-living way of life, you’d probably like to know what’s so great about renting a studio apartment in Wolverhampton. Allow us to elaborate…

1. All-Inclusive Serviced Apartments

Imagine living in a desirable location, with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Now imagine that your apartment is fully serviced, meaning an on-site concierge and round-the-clock security, and that once a fortnight it gets a light cleaning from a dedicated housekeeping team. Sound good?

How about popping down the corridor outside your door to a fully fitted communal kitchen that you share with just five other apartments on your floor? When you’re not in the mood for cooking, what about access to an expansive ground floor café, bar and restaurant serving a range of freshly cooked meals every night? Too good to be true, yes?

What if we throw in a residents-only gym, a luxury cinema room with a giant projector screen and an outdoor terrace for enjoying cold drinks and lively conversation on those balmy summer nights? At TheStudios, not only do you get all this, but you also get it for one monthly payment, helping you streamline your outgoings. While you’re deciding which style of apartment you’d prefer, just think how enormously convenient all this is!

2. Flexible Costs and Tenancy Durations

When you rent a studio apartment, quite often you’ll find flexibility in terms of the monthly rental payment and length of the tenancy. We understand that some people may be in the area temporarily, working away from home or furthering their training as mature students. We also know some people are looking for a more permanent arrangement and are delighted to offer our apartments up to either.

At the time of writing, our most affordable studio apartments in Wolverhampton start at just £170 to £185 per week and, yes, that includes all the amenities listed earlier in the blog. We also have larger apartments available starting at £250 per week. Our tenancy agreements can be as short as four months and can be extended on a rolling monthly agreement if you’re staying in the area for longer. With us, convenience, flexibility and affordability come as standard.

3. Centrally Located & Good Transport Links

Of course, a key factor in finding a studio flat to rent is its location. Most people are looking for somewhere that’s within reasonable commuting distance for work and is also close to local places of interest. TheStudios provides both.

Our building – 24 Birch Street – is located just a stone’s throw from Wolverhampton city centre, literally a couple of streets away from bars, shops, theatres, restaurants, the Mander and Wulfrun shopping centres and just a 15-minute walk from the bus, train and tram stations.

Whatever the kind of lifestyle you wish to lead, Wolverhampton offers all the social, cultural and shopping amenities you could wish for.

5. Co-Living is Fun!

Whilst it’s nice to have our own space, if you’re a social butterfly, co-living in a Wolverhampton studio apartment at TheStudios offers the best of both worlds! On the one hand you have your own private space in your luxury studio apartment – WiFi included – while on the other you have a great domestic social scene right on your doorstep, with residents meeting up at the onsite bar, café, gym and cinema.

Our studio apartments to rent are truly convenient to a professional and social lifestyle – we have it all. You don’t even have to leave the building to do your laundry!
