Skyline Studios: Unveiling New Heights of Luxury Living

If you’re a resident (or a resident-in-waiting) here at TheStudios, you are no doubt aware that we’ve been working hard on two floors of brand new living space for the past few months, including a completely new floor up on the old roof to officially top-out our luxury living complex. Well, we’re delighted to announce that work is going very well and that it’s now only a matter of weeks until floors 12 and 13  will be officially unveiled!

In this blog, we wanted to share a few more details about the new Skyline apartments and whet your appetite for what you can expect when the doors finally swing open before the end of the year.

Living the High Life: A Virtual Tour

We’ve always been about the little luxurious touches here, and that doesn’t stop with our new apartments. As you arrive home, you’ll need your phone to open the new smart locks that keep your high rise haven safe and secure. Stepping inside, you’ll notice a new, larger kitchenette compared to our existing studios, and many will also feature a full-size fridge freezer. Before you have time to explore your new home, your gaze will be commanded by the most breathtaking views across the city and surrounding areas.

There are 26 brand new studios across floors 12 and 13, and should you manage to visit all of your new neighbours you’ll also realise that every single one of them features a unique layout. On top of this, two of the studios have an extra special layout as they feature a mezzanine, with your kitchenette and living area on the lower floor and your bedroom on the top floor. Stunning. Whichever of the new studios you make your new home, they all promise comfort, luxury and a whole lot more.

We’ll be announcing pricing for the Skyline studios very soon, and we also know the date when the floors will be handed over and available to view, although we’re keeping that a secret for just a little bit longer. Keep your eyes peeled for more information around the building or here on our blog when the time comes.

The first people that will know the date, though, are those on the waiting list for a Skyline home. Both existing and potential residents can add their name to the list so let us know at reception if you’d like to make the move upwards. Before you know it, you’ll be receiving your invitation for an exclusive viewing.

Party Time

The opening of our final two floors isn’t just a cause for celebration in itself, it’s also the culmination of eight years of hard work turning this former office block into a place many people now call home. So, we’ll be marking the occasion with a special launch event that we’re already well into the process of planning. The date for this will be finalised very soon, but we can reveal that it will take place on a weekday from around 5:30pm.

We’ll also be inviting businesses who regularly book studios for their staff to the launch, so get in touch with us for an invite if you’d like to discuss how our Skyline development could be beneficial to your employees in the future.
