It doesn’t have to be about pushing yourself to the limit or going crazy with weights – you can use the gym just to keep activity levels up with a gentle stroll or jog on the treadmill, a short cycle on the exercise bike or some light all-over exercise on the cross trainer.

It’s all about doing what you’re comfortable with and keeping your activity levels up consistently, without getting cold and wet outside. Plus, with exclusive access reserved only for residents, you can feel safe, secure and confident that it’ll never be overcrowded. Residents are welcome to invite up to six off-site visitors into our spacious bar area. With guest ales, a seasonal menu and even board games to play, you and your friends can have a joyous catch-up in our cosy surroundings. There’s even pool and darts if you want to make things competitive!
