At TheStudios, we are a community. Like a small West Midlands town or village, comprised of many individuals. Most of us know each other, and there is a real sense of togetherness, which is perfectly balanced with your own space and ‘you-time.’ Because all of our studio flats to rent are self-contained with private kitchenettes and en-suites – along with the added advantage of communal kitchens and common areas – you have the ability, both to connect with others, and commit to your own downtime!

Connection

At TheStudios, there is the possibility to make lifelong friends. With people from all different walks of life, there is someone for everyone, and settling in is easy. Although you might not live here all that long – with our option for short term rentals starting at just 3 months – you can make friends here for life. However, we also want you to connect with your environment. That’s why you can really make your studio apartment your own, and create a space you’re happy to live in.

Co-operation

At TheStudios, co-operation means tolerance and mutual respect. TheStudios depends on co-operation not just between residents, but also between residents and staff. That’s why we try as hard as we can to make life as comfortable and enjoyable as we can for you. And in return, we want you to cooperate with us on anything you might not be happy with. If there is anything concerning you, or even if you just want to chat, our team will always be happy to help! Alternatively, you can voice your opinions through the Resident’s Council, to ensure your thoughts are heard.

At TheStudios, comfort takes centre-stage. All our studio flats and apartments to rent are fully furnished for utmost cosiness, as well as housekeeping services and unbeatable views of Wolverhampton. Use of our amazing facilities is also included in your rent, so you can eat and drink at the bar, relax in our state-of-the-art cinema room, work out in the gym, or soak up the sun (or lack thereof) on our lush terrace!
