Whether you live with us here at TheStudios or have glanced up at our Birch Street building recently, you’ll probably know that there’s something magical happening on our top floors. We’ve been busy converting the crowning levels of our high-rise haven into luxury top floor apartment spaces that overlook the city and surrounding areas from a prime position.

Looking to live the high life – literally? Our Skyline Apartments have more space than our existing Classic, Deluxe and Premier options. We’ve created these top floor apartments to rent as the ultimate in luxury living here at TheStudios, and as well as fully refurbishing the previously existing 12th floor, we’ve also built a brand-new 13th floor on the roof. This has created a literal crowning achievement to our complex here on Birch Street, and making our building taller than it has ever been before.

Built Around You

Following in the footsteps of our Premier apartments, our new Skyline studios feature separate living and bedroom areas and, as with all our spaces, come fully furnished. New to our Skyline spaces are Bluetooth door locks that can be controlled from your smartphone for true peace of mind in or out of your top floor apartment.

Bigger and Better Than Ever

Since our Skyline Studios were completed in 2024, it has created 26 brand new luxury top floor apartments that are available within our building, not only allowing us to grow our friendly community even more, but also bringing our total number of apartments to well over 200. It also marks the end of the construction phase of TheStudios here in Wolverhampton, with all floors of the project we began here in 2017 being complete.
