Monica Bell, who works in the Financial Services industry, discovered the joys of TheStudios shortly after clinching a role with her employer, based at the Mander Centre in the heart of the town.

After a period of staying at a local hotel, heaving her suitcase back and forth from London, she came across an advert for our new co-living development.

Monica said: “The first thing I was struck by is the excellent location. It is so close to the town centre, literally just a five-minute walk and I’m in the office. And in just 10 minutes I can be at the train station and on my way back to London.

“The security here is great. I love the fact that you can come in and place your things here in your apartment and come back days later and nothing has been moved. Once, I was away for three weeks and everything was as I had left it.

“Security is very important. The fact that we have keycards to go through all the doors and the lifts makes you feel safe.”

She added: “The studio is so clean, thanks to the team that does the dusting and vacuuming. Everything is self-contained and the kitchen is well equipped. I also like to pop into the café now and then. It’s really good to go in there and have a drink and a chat with other residents. The staff are all lovely, too. It really is ideal.”

Monica was so impressed with everything TheStudios has to offer, she told colleagues and now three people from the company call our co-living community home (from home).
