What’s Included at TheStudios?

Here at TheStudios in the heart of Wolverhampton, we’ve been busy creating fourteen floors of luxury studio apartment space and quality amenities in our community-driven high-rise haven. Since we first opened our doors, we’ve welcomed hundreds of fantastic residents from all walks of life, and as we look forward to completing our final two floors, we have more people than ever enquiring about living here.

From day one, we’ve always understood that every resident will have slightly different needs, which is why we created four types of secure studio apartment: our Classic Studios, Deluxe Studios, Premier Studios and – opening very soon – our Skyline Studios. For business clients or extended stays, we also offer corporate serviced apartments that include all standard amenities. Life at TheStudios Wolverhampton – What’s Included?

Whichever of our studio apartments you opt for, every single one of them comes with a bedroom, kitchenette and private ensuite room at The Studios that’s designed for comfort and privacy, along with the following, as standard:

• Your room will include a 4ft (120cm) bed, bedside table, lamp, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
• Your kitchenette comes with a microwave, kettle, sink and fridge-freezer, along with cupboards for storage.
• Your private ensuite includes a shower, washbasin with under-sink storage and a toilet.

Many studios also include a sofa. Your time here is all about comfort and ease of living, so we welcome you to add your own furnishings and accessories to make your space feel like home.

Differences between our studio apartments are down to the floor space in each, the type of furniture provided, the size of the private ensuite and where each apartment is inside the building. Classic Studios are found on floors one to five, Deluxe Studios are on floors six to eleven, Premier Studios are found on floors seven to nine and our new Skyline Studios occupy floor twelve and the newly constructed floor thirteen at the top of our building.

Community Spaces at TheStudios

Community spirit is at the heart of TheStudios, so we build each small cluster of apartments around a modern communal kitchen, shared by a maximum of six residents. Your shared kitchen includes two state-of-the-art hobs and ovens, a microwave, kettle and toaster, and you can bring your own appliances, such as rice cookers and air fryers, too.

On top of your own studio and communal kitchen, you’ll discover a whole world of on-site premium facilities – open to every resident – down on the ground floor.

• Our fully licenced bar, restaurant and outdoor terrace are the beating heart of our community, with drinks served from 6 pm to 11 pm and food from 7 pm until 9 pm every day. It’s not only a great place to meet other residents, but you can also invite up to six non-residents to join you for a drink and a bite to eat. With music, pool tables, a dart board, live sports on the screens and regular special events, you may well spend a lot of time here!
• Fancy a movie night? Book our luxury cinema room for you and up to six off-site guests or get together with your fellow residents for a film or two or watch some of your favourite TV shows on the giant screen. Gamer? You’ll love this: there’s an Xbox hooked up to the big screen for truly immersive big-screen gaming!
• Want to stay in shape? Our residents-only state-of-the-art gym is free to use and opens every day from 6 am to 11 pm. It includes treadmills, a chest press, a leg press, weights, a rowing machine and an exercise bike. With a sound system, changing rooms and shower facilities, our gym is one more thing you don’t have to spend extra money on.

There’s also a modern laundry room – recently refurbished with brand new machines – that is entirely controlled by an app you can download to your device. Open 24 hours a day, our laundry room prices are incredibly low, and keeping your clothes fresh and clean is just one more thing you can do without even taking a step outside of our building. We even include a fortnightly housekeeping service at no extra cost, comprising a linen change and a light cleaning of your apartment and ensuite.

Perhaps the secret to our success is how easy we make it to enjoy a balanced life surrounded by like-minded people.
